Jane Spentzos

Delicious DesertsBon Appetit Catering was created by Jane Spentzos in 2001.

Jane's lifelong passion for pleasing others with her delicious creations led her to complete a four year degree in Hotel and Food Administration at the University of Guelph, Ontario in 1989.

Since that time she has worked over 20 years in the food-services industry including some of the finest hotels in Canada, Jasper Park Lodge and the Banff Springs Hotel.

Jane takes pride in using the finest ingredients available, producing "home-made" cooking and providing consistent high quality food and professional, personalized services that our clients have come to expect of us. Jane makes every effort to offer only the best to all of our clients which has resulted in a large repeat client base.
